The Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation (HDOT), Oʻahu District has created a series of public service announcements for TV to educate the public, as well as a behind-the-scenes video about how HDOT Oʻahu District’s Storm Water Management Program protects Hawaiʻi’s waters.
